Mock Medical, LLC, located in Iowa is the SOLE supplier and manufacturer of simulated instruments/ kits (MockKits), Mock Medical Student Mock kits, Mock Medical Mankins and Trainers, and Mock/Unsterile Lab supplies designed exclusively for simulation/educational Use Only.
Mock Medical manikin system is unique to Mock Medical, LLC. Our manikin system allows for individual, exchangeable, surgical procedures that currently no one else on the market produces in this fashion.
Mock Medical, LLC manufactures medical equipment to our exact specifications. Mock Medical, LLC products are manufactured for simulation Use Only and have been designated and dedicated as such. Mock Medical, LLC does not allow any other vendor or company to purchase our brand specific products. They are not permitted to be distributed. (IE: Mock Medical brand ESU, surgical table..etc)
REFURBISHED/USED items: Mock Medical, LLC utilizes a proprietary system to clean and refurbish formerly used medical equipment. To our knowledge, no other company on the market uses this same propriety system.

ESTIMATES
Estimates are provided to you as a courtesy by Mock Medical, LLC and are not allowed to be shared with any other vendor, distributor or facility. It was prepared for the registered user listed only and should not be shared outside of the registered user. Other vendors must provide you with their list of items needed according to their experience in the field, or you must provide them with your own list, you are not allowed to share this list with them. Again, this list is prepared as a courtesy to our customers only, if shared, we have the right to invoice the register user and/or facility listed for consultation services. Pricing on that list, is not accurate and is only to be used as a guideline, not to be ordered from. Once items have been chosen, please request an accurate estimate for items. Freight will be added to the final invoice unless requested on the estimate.
LATE FEES
All past due accounts will incur a late fee of $15 per 30 days past due.
PRICING
Mock Medical, LLC offers competitive pricing and if possible, will beat other estimates.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Mock Medical, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Mock Medical, LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Mock Medical, LLC shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
EDUCATION/SIMULATION WAIVER
The registered user/facility agrees all items purchased from Mock Medical, LLC, will be used for teaching, education, demonstration, or simulation purposes ONLY, and will be under supervision of an authorized faculty member when in use and will be secured in a designated area when not in use. The registered user/facility agrees all items purchased will not be mis-used, defined as; any purpose other than teaching, education, demonstration, or simulation, and shall not be used on or in humans or animals. The registered user/facility acknowledges items purchased from Mock Medical, LLC. may have exceeded their expiration date and are unsafe to be used in accordance with the manufacturers original/printed intended use, and therefore will not be used in or on humans or animals and are deemed unsafe to be used in or on humans or animals. All items are not permitted to be transferred, resold, rented, given away, or donated; and will be disposed of properly at the end of use.
